Return and Refund Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you.
- You have 14 calendar days to return the product from the date you have receive it.
- To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you have received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
- For returns after 14 days or used products, opened or damaged packaging, upon inspections, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your returned is approved, we will initiate the refund through credit card or your original mode of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of your return item.
- Shipping cost are non-refundable.
- If you received a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
